All wood products are precisely crafted by experienced personnel and are subject to vigorous quality control procedures. All corner connections are sealed and water proofed. Fully assembled frames are then subject to a long process of impregnation, undercoating and several coats of final lacquer coatings. The lacquer curing process takes place in climate controlled drying chambers to ensure ultimate drying conditions.
